Tas't – Livigno Native Food: taste the local products and the Livigno tradition in an authentic way. Next to the breakfast buffet, you will find the Livignasca Breakfast Corner: pastries, bread, dairy products, sausages and local seasoned products.
Cakes and biscuits, bread but also dairy products, sausages and cured meats, all locally produced, according to the oldest traditional recipes. Among the desserts it will be possible to taste the Bisc'cöt da Livign, the Tórta da Rosina and the Tórta da l'indoménia, while to accompany the savoury ones such as the Bondiöla, Brasc'carola, the Pancéta and the Salam da Báita Pan da séal will be different types of bread, including the Pan da séal, the Breciadégl, the Pan da cól and the Pan da carcént. The will also be great choice in the cheeses and dairy products, with alpine and goat cheese, Livigno cheese, "Poina" ricotta, Scimudin, season milk and, in summer, alpine butter.
